“I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back.”

“This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.”

“Our trip to the Cordis Auckland was pretty good, we stayed 9days in total in a Executive club room. The room was good, large enough, but if we returned we would like a bigger room, for comfort. I had tried to get an upgrade prior to our arrival, which was given then taken away, we also approached the FOH to get a cost to upgrade when the hotel after the 2nd June was very very quiet, but they didnt seem too interested in making our stay better, of corse they were for nearly double the the amount...

“Room was clean upon arrival Not sure if there were instructions for early checkout (outside of reception hours). I didn't know where to put the keycard so I left it on the reception desk before I left. Staff are very respectable and lovely from reception to room service (didn't use it but did respect that I didn't want to be bothered)”
