“On arrival there were no car parks left. We asked for a bit more detail and she didn’t know. Might think it’s good to know the local area. Email from the hotel said free parking on the road but had to pay $13.00. A few things in the room need to be repaired. Check out wasn’t much better than check in. Not very friendly at all. Good location but could have better service and knowledge of the area. Not sure if I would stay there again”

“Gym was well equipped and very clean. 24 hours! Room was immaculate and luxurious. Always Love a robe and slippers amenities. Room service was prompt and polite. Pro tip: Don’t order the shrimp! Front desk and bell staff were super helpful and friendly. I will always stay here when I visit NZ!”

“Very good hotel. Little annoyances: had to change rooms as the first one had a bad smell. The beds were 'over made' too many sheets and too tight corners! The Room we moved to on floor 7 looked onto Symmonds St. It was very noisy day and night. Concierge Charles was fantastic. Recommended a great restaurant (giraffe) for our coeliac travelling companion.”
