“The hotel is very clean . Our flights was delayed and we were running late I kept calling to let them know and get instructions but no one's would pick up or return our messages. We made it there right before the service desk was closing. The front desk lady said your key is in the box because we thought u were arriving after 10. A courtesy return call would have been nice!”

“Our room was a partial ocean view. Room was beautiful when you walk in and the grounds are impeccable. In the evening We turned on the fireplace and it didn’t work. It was fixed the next day but when we went to use it, it only stayed on a few minutes and turned off. not even meeting the temperature it was set too. Our room had only cold water all of a Sudden and tub didn’t work Also had ants in the bathroom. This was our second time at resort. If it was our first visit we wouldn’t have gone...

“The hotel has great direct access to the beach. The facilities are a perfect combination of modern and Spanish/Italian older style. Food is good although the menu could offer a bit more options. In terms of location, it is a great one if you don’t plan to be in the city but you still want to have a lunch or dinner in Santa Barbara and then go back to the hotel (15-20 mins by car).
