“The hotel has great direct access to the beach. The facilities are a perfect combination of modern and Spanish/Italian older style. Food is good although the menu could offer a bit more options. In terms of location, it is a great one if you don’t plan to be in the city but you still want to have a lunch or dinner in Santa Barbara and then go back to the hotel (15-20 mins by car). “Old and smelly rooms. Great lobby area. Plenty of hidden fees, like resort, parking, taxes, extras. At the end I ended up paying 1/3 more of the quoted price in extra “mandatory” fees. ”

La posizione è suggestiva, ma lontana da qualsiasi cosa. Può andr bene come tappa di passaggio per una sosta giusto per dormire fra uno spostamento e l'altro. La colazione si paga a parte.”

“This hotel is a bit expensive but the proximity to the boardwalk in the private beach that they have along with the pool with food and drinks is a real big plus, I definitely recommend this hotel good parking nice restaurant next to it. Every room hasn’t been , my family and I love this place.”

“Great hotel. Second time there. There were several flaws. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. Luggage took almost 45 mins to be sent. Breakfast took an hour to be served... sounds like short-staffing to me... Other than that, great place. They did provide a little credit, which showed they cared. Service was very good overall. ”
