“The rooms are clean, overall very quiet. Have not eaten breakfast nor been at the bar. Staff is friendly and went above and beyond to track down an item we might had left behind. Only have two disable parking spots, which is not enough for the size of the hotel. Semi trucks park in the lot and take up numerous parking spaces. We noticed on several occasions that tweens were running wild in the front lobby/breakfast area. Very little supervision by their parents. Watched one boy consistently put...

“The sauna was a nice surprise and the pool and hot tub were both open (unlike those in many hotels). It's an older place but very well maintained and we were quite impressed. We'll definitely use it whenever we visit Steven's Point in the future.”

“Property was dated and dirty. Breakfast consisted of store bought muffins and waffles and sugar coated cereal. Stayed there because it had a 4.7 rating on Expedia and was the best priced in the area. On a good note the pool area was nice and the room ac worked great.”

“Hotel probably requires updating to this century but... the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were out dated as well but.. I didn't hear any body else in the hotel unless they were right outside the door. If all you require is a quiet place to sleep without worries of what you can not see for a reasonable rate, this place is exactly what you are looking for. Dont let it's general appearance fool you.”

“Check in is Via kiosk with video of man of Indian descent and strong accent… difficult to communicate. Process was longer than it should have been. Did not have breakfast; rooms and property clean and comfortable. A/C worked good. You will get a knock on your door at 11am sharp if you haven’t checked out. Good location. Great price!”

“Place was clean , pool clean and no hot tube. Couple issues a few wall plugs in our room didn't work and our carpet felt damp”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Ther is a beautiful river right in the back yard. The host Jodie was very delightful and a great cook. We definitely will be returning.”

“Poor outdoor signing for the hotel. Everything seemed dirty to me. When they gave us the key cards the sleeve they gave us was dirty!! No ice bucket! No really pleased at all.”

“They are in the middle of updating I guess. When we got there we had to wait about 30 mins or so because they were still working on our room. Then they were going to give us a room without a key so we would have to go to the office to get their key. After waiting all the time they decided the room still wasn’t ready so they gave us a different room in the middle building which there was a huge spider web across the whole entrance that I don’t see and I have a fear of spiders and had to strip...

“Everything as expected, really good hotel.”

“Mold in our room- both in the wall and up in the window ledge. Front desk was slow and very unhelpful. Placed us in an incorrect room from what we paid for and then wouldn’t switch us. Eventually did, and then that room had mold. AC barely cooled the bedroom and didn’t cool the rest of the room at all.”
