“We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. “The experience in Meliá Punta Cana has been spectacular! The food has been great, the location is great and the views from the beach were amazing! All the staff so friendly and helpful. Our host was Jean Geto who went above and beyond. Jose at the lobby bar was also making sure we were looked after. We will definitely come back. Thank you ”

“Everything was perfect the food was really good we payed for the morning breakfast and then we got the check thinking we still had to pay and then they reminded us it was free it was just a receipt and returned the money which other people would have just kept it but the staff was perfect everything was really nice ”

“Couldn’t use the ac because it kept leaking water all over the floor. Didn’t stay the whole duration while here. I had to leave to another hotel to feel more comfortable. ”

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

“Garden area was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of greenery and well-kept spaces. Swimming pool was refreshing and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, just a short walk to the Caribbean Sea and its calm waves.”
