“The property is HUGE but they had a lot of activities to do yet it was very quiet and peaceful. I’ll definitely be back.”

“The rooms were spacious and I liked that there were two separate rooms and bathroom. However the first room we were given on the A tower had roaches. We had to have our room changed to another Tower after we saw adult and baby roaches crawling about. We were moved to the B tower nad did not encounter any roaches.”

“The resort itself was very nice. Staff also very nice. The food was ok- breakfast buffet was good. Dinner was difficult to get reservations even though it seemed like the resort was empty. If you walked by the restaurants you’d see that they were not close to capacity. I’m not sure why they would limit the reservations. But even saying that, the only decent meal was hibachi. The night time live music and entertainment was fun.”

“Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.”

“Can’t stay in kids play area with child, only option is to leave your child alone so unless you are wanting to do that there is zero indoor play space to give them a break from the heat and being in the sun. Room service not included at Meliá unless you’re staying in the Level (which you cannot do with kids). “Great value hotel with beautiful garden and beachfront access. Family rooms and multiple dining options available.”

“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”
