“Service was great. Andres took care of us from the beginning and was there the entire way. He helped at every turn, booking dinner, setting us events, etc. server at the back, Ricardo was also top notch as was Rubia at Prada bar. Only complaint is the room fridge was dirty and not cleaned out with old smoked cigar on counter. Also counter had hair on it. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. “One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”

“We just got back from our vacation at Paradisus Grand Cana and overall, this was a 10/10 experience. The staff truly went above and beyond for us. Specifically, when we requested a late checkout due to our nighttime flight, they kindly accommodated us. This allowed our toddler to take his nap and gave our kids time to rest before the flight home, which made a huge difference for our family. “The room was not ready until almost 2 hours past check in. It was still dirty once we did get in the room (someone's old dried contacts on the table, trash, cigarette butts all over the porch). Was supposed to be a suite, but was two connecting rooms.”
