Hotel vicino a Fun Republic - Punta Cana

“This hotel did not meet my expectations. As a new/renovated hotel I expected a better experience but was left disappointed. For starters upon check in, our check in employee was frustrated to do our check in. He said the process should have been something done before we arrived at the hotel and online. He proceeded to say it was something he was doing as a courtesy. As a family group, traveling with 4 seniors… it is ridiculous to think our older family members would know how to do an online...

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

“My stay at the Caribbean Apart Hotel was well worth the money I spent. The hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. The pool was clean and warm, although I did not spend much time around the pool because the beach was close and I travelled outside of Punta Cana a lot, I did appreciate access to a pool. The room was good for the price, did not have any issues at all - the air conditioner and hot running water was the best part. I enjoyed the beautiful sunny walk in the mornings to the Terra Negra...
