“We arrived late, 3am, due to flights. I was worried because I had not alerted the hotel of our late arrival. They had no problem checking us in. The girl at the desk was so sweet and friendly even at 3am. It was a nice greeting. The breakfast and coffee was great as well!”

“Although the staff struggled to find our reservations, they got it figured out and had us wait five hours until the 4pm check-in. That made our travel day feel quite long. Once we were in our rooms, we found them to be comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. This was our second visit, and we will be back. The area is safe with lots of shops, cafes, and nice restaurants. It’s very walkable, and the people are friendly. ”

“Everything at the hotel was clean and well ordered. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative we experienced was very early the 2nd morning of our stay the guests in the room above us stomped and ran back and forth between 5:30-7:00 am. We later learned they were part of a high school wrestling team. ”

“Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was really quick! And didn't reel like a process checking in like it does in other hotels! I asked for a fan to be brought to the room and it came so quickly, excellent service. The only thing that I didn't like which probably can't be fixed is it was really dry in the room. Otherwise happy with our stay! ”
