Hotel in zona Barrio Pueblo, Corozal

“Struttura molto bella immersa nella natura. Servizi e spiaggia punto di forza. ”

“My assigned room was a mess. The AC was extremely loud, the sofa bed was dirty and stinky, there was a flashing light in the room and the door was fitted. I was moved to a better room the next day after a complaint.”

“Nice and clean”

“Old and dirty room. Bed sheet were stained and dirty1 bathroom very very dirty and old.”

“My likes...The hotel is in a great location and close to the airport, ports, the fort, etc. It was pretty clean, the a/c worked great, and the bed was super comfy. The front desk was so nice to hold our luggage before and after our stay. My dislikes were...I didn't care for the barn door for the bathroom, the shower was a trickle, we did not have hot water morning or night, and there was no window (this was fine for a night). My only suggestion is, if the staff is asked for a restaurant...

“It has been one of the worst hotel stays that we have had. Very slow check-in. Dirty and badly cured room and bathroom. We did not sleep for an entire night since the air conditioner was in “error” and they had an awful noise coming from their plumbing. The room looked on a common area where people passed so we could not open the windows. People try to help without results. The staff was good in giving advice about restaurants and places to visit. We did not have any answers to our complaints.”
