“The bathroom was dirty when checked in, the bed comforter has men hair or short hair on it. The bottom of the entrance of the door is to open and we had two roaches come in under the door. They are not all inclusive it’s only continental breakfast. The food is to expensive in the restaurant but the taste was good. We had no tv because cable was not working. “Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern”

“The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! “They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. ”

“Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working”
