“The room was at the end of the hall on the 1st floor next to the far exit so all traveling guests could be heard throughout the night. The AC unit only cooled the room if you set it to 60 degrees for a continuous run. The staff was mostly short and blunt with all communication, especially with PAYING TO PARK DAILY EVEN THOUGH YOU’RE A GUEST portion of the conversation at the hotel knowing all along that would a constant concern since they post it nowhere prior to hooking you into a stay you...

“When I arrived they said they didn't have a room for us. Had to find another place to stay.”

“First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. ”

“Our stay was great except check in was at 3pm but our rooms weren't avaliable so we had to wait over an hour in the parking lot. Parking was another issue due to dump truck and box trucks taking up numerous spaces. Also, we paid for King size suites but our beds were only queen size. Cookware was dirty but we cleaned it before and after use. Overall, I would recommend. ”

“We stayed two nights. When returning to our room the second night we found the room wasn't cleaned and the cleaning crew had left gor the day. The manager was very concerned abd treated us fairly.”
