“Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.”

“Casino and hotel are wonderful. My wife and I liked the different food options and how the casino has it set up. There is even ice cream and cake that you can order for a treat! The food is some of the best having visited several casinos. All the staff is polite and friendly and very helpful if needed. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the shower in our room was AWSOME! First, we had to figure out how to turn on the water - but once we did - it was so relaxing and nice. We thought the bed was...

“Great location and a amazing breakfast”

“There was an off putting odor all throughout the entire lobby. Personally my room was fairly clean, but it wasn't spotless like you would expect for the amount of money it cost. The bathroom fixtures, the a/c unit, the wall paper and carpet in the room and the elevator are all in need of a serious update.”
