“One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. “I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but...
