Capsule Hotel a Bay Area

“The staff is super friendly and they have a van that takes you to six flags and picks you up. The pool is really nice as well. Very clean and a great stay. Will stay there again in the future.”

“The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful. To put it bluntly he behaved as though he was doing you a favor when checking you in. Did not greet you upon arrival, share amenities etc… He basically tossed the hotel map to me and said here you go! Also, guests should be aware that the hotel is two stories with NO elevator.
