“When I checked in the power was out to half the hotel. Elevator was not in operation lights were completely off in the corridors, a major safety hazard. Luckily when I arrive at my room it had power. My parents that were elderly struggled with the stairs and had no air conditioning for the evening. Manager was not onsite and was told by staff they wouldn’t be available till Monday. A bad situation not managed at all and very disappointing experience.”

“We arrived Friday May 22nd at 4pm, we were in town for a graduation that started at 730. Upon arriving we had plans of checking in and getting ready then heading to the graduation. We were told they didn’t have the room we had already paid for but it would be ready in 4ish hours, because the people staying in the room haven’t left yet. “This is an older hotel and it is badly in need of a complete refurb. At least it didn’t cost much. Staff were pleasant.”

“Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay.”
