Hotel a Bell Acres

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“The place itself wasn't terrible, but I got woke up twice with terrible strong smell of weed. It was so strong it hurt my lungs. I have no idea who was smoking, but I didn't get very much sleep the night I was there. I ended up leaving around 4am because of it. Also it would be nice to arrive to a cool room if it's over 100° outside instead of entering a sauna. Other than that the place was decent for the price. Thank you.”

“We arrived late after a concert in Pittsburgh. Check in was quick and easy. Got to the room and it wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupants. Had to go back”

“Clean place and rooms. Nice breakfast included. Close to shopping and easy access. The bed pillows were terrible; they were small and so flat it was sleeping on no pillow. Defeats the purpose of having a king bed with small pillows.”

“My wife and I were traveling with our 10 month old baby. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on furniture and dirt on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. Upon checking in at around 5pm the room was incredibly hot, and when turning on the AC it was clear that it would not cool down quickly as the air unit did not seem to stay engaged in AC mode. When this was discussed with front desk staff they allowed us to move to a different room. That room was also visibly dirty and very hot, but...

“I could not take breakfast, even if prepaid, because there was nothing to go. And the hotel was unable to offre me a solution nor to deduct the cost of beakfast (30$ paid for nothing….)”
