“What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor.
The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to...

“This hotel was disgusting. The bathroom door was so warped that it wouldn’t even shut. The ac unit ran non-stop, keeping me awake all night. I couldn’t turn it down or the room got too hot. The bathtub wall was peeling. I checked in online, it asked for my credit card for my pet deposit and then the front desk made me pay there. Just an unnecessary run around after traveling all day.”

“Toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Kept randomly flushing. Got clogged each time it was used. Room smelled weird. Like someone had smoked in it and it was poorly cleaned afterwards.
Front staff made it clear at check-in, “We are full tonight but if you must call me tonight, I will do what I can!”
Not a good look.
Thoroughly unimpressed. Won’t return. Would advise others to avoid this place.”
