“The person who assisted us, a gentleman, was incredibly helpful. He showed me a map of the beaches and explained everything I needed to know about the park near the beaches. The restaurant staff and the friendly people in the dining area when we had breakfast attended to us with great cheer. Thank you for making us feel at home. Mrs. Cruz.”

“The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.”

“Have stayed here several times maybe 4-5. Also have stayed down the street. Shell island continued to be our go too. You have a great location, with no neighbor to one side making your own prib.”

“Staff 5 star and so helpful . Needed extra pillows was brought to room quickly . Asked for coffee and was made promptly , and so good ! If in area again I certainly would stay again Room could use extra mirror perhaps in front of desk as it's difficult to get ready to go out when only one to use .”

“The lobby, food area, bar, along with the hallways and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained ! The staff was courteous and responsive to any questions or needs. It had been awhile since our stay at BW but we will certainly return in the near future. We have family and upcoming events in Leland and we will be recommending BW to our families and friends attending and visiting. The prices were also very competitive and very reasonable! We enjoyed the stay very much !”
