“No staff until check in time. Tv a nightmare to figure out. Otherwise fine.”

“Excellent restaurant. Staff really helpful. Free car parking. Rooms big. Easy walk to Gallery Walk where you can find shops and restaurants. Tamborine is busy in the day, but fairly quiet in the evenings. Having said that - later in the week there are still several choices open for eating and drinking at night, including The Manor. This is a historic building, so some fixtures / fittings are old, just so other visitors are aware.”

“When we arrived I waited in line for over 45 minutes, when I gave the reception my booking number they had no room for me. The young boy at reception said I'll go and check if I can find you a room. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me that the one he looked at wasn't clean so he'd check another room. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to tell me he had found a clean room. I had”

“everything was great, but I don't understand the darkly lit passages and in particular the gym, so dark. In the room I also found that when you turned off all the lights then tried to put on a reading light for example, it was impossible to see the right switch and I'd end up opening the blinds or hitting the wrong button. had to use my phone torch. I would definitely stay again. Very nice overall.”

A true relaxing haven for families, with the best location right on the doorstep of the theme park. The breakfast and dining options are top-notch, rounding off a perfect family getaway!”

“We had the standard room with no view and there was only on cafe which served toasties and basic breakfast. There was no other choice of cafes for breakfast only the one..Not the most convenient place to stay unless you were there solely for the Casino.”

“QT is always a great brand hotel. The design and service is amazing. Here you have great parking and good sea view in certain rooms. The breakfast is super healthy and good quality. ”

“The staff members at this hotel were very helpful, friendly and willing to provide any assistance required. The hotel room however, was somewhat satisfactory. The dining table was extremely dirty with multiples stains and scratches; the chairs were also of very poor quality with a heavy build up of rust. The walls were also quite dirty with many scratches and dirt grind. There was also a few insects and cockroaches found around the room. The balcony was decently clean and well-kept.”
