“Very uncomfortable bed and I had requested disability room. Toliet was lower than a normal toliet, impossible to get in shower since tub was so high and even with grab bars it was too difficult to get in. Air conditioner didn’t handle the heat that was happening. Staff is not very courteous and welcoming. Would not stay there again.”

“The actual space was much larger than I anticipated which was a nice surprise! The host took great care in personalizing our stay. When booking I shared we were in town for a large volleyball tournament happening in Oshkosh, and when we arrived there was a basket with volleyball socks, lollipops and straw covers! “I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA”

“The pool area with the splash pad were excellent! We noticed our room had old popcorn on the floor and a remote had sticky stuff on it, so we cleaned ourselves with some Clorox wipes. The attached bar isn’t really a restaurant, but there are near by restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. This was a great place to stay with children and was near by a big show that we attended. We would stay again.”
