“Beautiful place, decor is lovely, large bedrooms, everything is so clean and well kept. Food in the bar and breakfast was lovely, veggie options are good. Staff are very friendly, especially stephen at the bar and Cameron on reception. This is our third time visiting Lanelay hall and will definitely be back. We especially like the Tribe spa area, outdoorpool was lovely and the inside pool is decorated lovely, relaxing music, scent and atmosphere. ”

“Love this hotel its really nice.chef had to come and kick the bathroom door in as the lock jammed and my partner was stuck in there a hour but thats no reflection on the hotel.the one thing that disturbed me was i booked a double room it was a twin when i got in they swiftly changed it to a double i knew this as id extended my stay and theyd kindly not turfed me out at 11 to come back in at 3 but on the last night the double mattress had been changed to 2 single mattresses which is not right...

"A lovely hotel where you can feel the ancient atmosphere but where the rooms are perfect and fully refurbished. I found the staff extremely professional and polite. The position is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The railway station is not too far neither and I walked with my suitcase without issues. It will certainly be my first choice for my next trip to Cardiff."
