We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. Upon check in, our first encounter with the staff member present felt strange. We were asked if we had stayed there previously, we hadn’t, we were asked how we got there, by cab, we were told when breakfast was served and given our room keys. “Il posto é consigliato per chi vuole socializzare e ballare. Noi invece volevamo dormire tranquilli. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sotto alla nostra camera si teneva una festa di matrimonio, con musica altissima fino a notte fonda. Per fortuna eravamo talmente stanchi da addormentarci di sasso comunque. Camera non pulitissima ( moquette con macchie, un paio di ragnatele con ragni e soprattutto tazze per il the sporche). Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“Decent size room with lift, lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna and a nice garden. Walking distance to the seafront and 5 minutes drive to supermarkets. Staff there were fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay there. Thank You!”

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...
