“Only negative thing I found wrong was the elevator and location. It was slow and small. The stairway needs painted and more lighting added so its not so creepy. The hotel staff and breakfast was really the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay in Topeka. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar. The server was so nice and honestly a joy to talk to.”

“We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least...
