“There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but...

“The breakfast had a lot to be desired. The bacon was really greasy. The flat eggs were cold. The staff were very friendly & polite. The room was clean. But toilet had an issue with flushing. The fan ran all the time whether switch was on or not. And sink’s drain you pull up to let the water drain out was broken. So you had to manually pull up the plug to let the water out!”
