“The unit was absolutely amazing! The decor was gorgeous, the extra sitting area next to the living room was very nice. Very spacious unit, well maintained, updated everything! The most comfortable bed and the shower was superb! I didn't expect a view at all being on 1st level with the dunes but there was a slight view which was so great. We will definitely visit again (when it's not so cold!). Also, the BBQ restaurant nearby is highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay!”

“This property is exactly as described. The beautiful ocean view from the kitchen was stunning! Ocean views from every room but one. Smart TV’s in every room. The sand is literally 50 feet or less from house. The location is also fabulous, you feel safe and secure nestled in this high end neighborhood ”

“I was not impressed with my stay. Unfortunately it was not clean, the beds were not comfortable, and there was a roach that we had to kill. Other than those issues the location was perfect and the pool was lovely and clean.”

“Loved our stay in Fernandina Beach! Tanya provided all the details we needed to get to our vacation getaway and check in. Everything was clean and in great shape. Only a short 2 block walk and we were on the beach! We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!”
