“Easy access to the stadiums with endless options for food and coffee. Parking isn't ideal, as most of the streets nearby close for events. While the suggestion was to choose a street-level lot a few blocks away, it was i credibly expensive. We found a cheaper parking garage even closer, that should really be the suggested location for guests. Aside from that, it was a great spot.”

“Great location in Capitol Hill as an alternative to pricey hotels. Well maintained and well appointed, super comfy bed and all the amenities I needed for my three night stay. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a more economical way to visit Seattle.”

“I love staying at the Lakeview Hotel. I travel to Seattle to see my son and I’ve stayed at this property every time I visited. The beds are great and the management is always available to assist. Great location in easy walking distance of stores and restaurants. ”

“Really great location and overall great pick for a few days in Seattle. The pull out bed and associated blankets/pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed. We didn’t have a way to get extra shampoo. Bathroom was clean and full length mirror in bedroom was nice. ”

“What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...

“Nice views from the rooftop, great amenities.”

“Property was in a great location, front desk staff were very helpful.The only downside was that the walls separating each room were paper thin - we could easily hear phone conversations going in the room next door, even late at night.Otherwise, it was a good deal for us.”

"Abbiamo soggiornato al Mayflower Hotel di Seattle per tre notti ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città, e l'atmosfera dell'hotel è calda, elegante e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesco della reception, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. I suoi consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come muoversi a Seattle si sono rivelati preziosissimi. Anche se parliamo inglese, è stato davvero un piacere trovare un italiano così gentile e disponibile alla reception: ci ha fatto sentire ancora più a casa. Non abbiamo dubbi: torneremo sicuramente al Mayflower Hotel per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Seattle! "
