“We have stayed here multiple times. This time, the room was not stocked, the table was missing, no hair dryer, no tissues, etc. it did have towels and shampoo/conditioner. “The elevator was scary. It makes grinding noises when coming to a stop. When I reported this no one got back to me. We took the stairs twice the noise was so obvious and we are in our seventies. On another note; when we couldn't find a medication on checkout day, I called the front desk suspecting someone may have entered our room when we were gone all day, asking for security. “AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms.”
