“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic and relatively clean. TV did not work.”

“Nice location off of RT. 30. Not fare from downtown. My only negative was the Air conditioner woke us up earlier in the morning making horrible noise. Had to shut off the ac an the room got a little uncomfortable.”

“Price and breakfast was ok. The room had an odor. Nothing that would make you sick, but just different, not a clean odor. Mattresses are old. A so-so hotel.”

“The rooms at the front of the property were near the highway. The street noise made it difficult to sleep or even relax. I was booked for 2 nights and when I asked to check out after one night, the manager quickly changed my room so it was quieter. He was concerned that I wouod not find alternative accomadations over the holiday weekend and at the last minute.”

“There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. “Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe...

“Building was tired, no updates even hot tub was down”

“I booked a room for the executive suite. I was supposed to get a king bed, and a pull out sofa bed. When we planned to go to bed, there was no pull out sofa bed. I immediately called the front desk, they only offered to send up a rollaway bed which was much smaller and uncomfortable compared to what I paid for and was supposed to have being a pull out sofa bed. They had no manager for me to speak with, and provided no discount or refund for again a room I paid for and did not get. They did not...
