“The room was exceptionally clean. The furniture and bed new and updated, microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board in the room and hair dryer at the bathroom sink. The bed was very comfortable with a thick foam mattress. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is good, and I couldn't hear any highway noise in the room. The price for the stay was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with this Days Inn.”

“Room was dirty, sink and toilet were clogged, privates hair all over the bathroom, bugs inside. Paid extra for the fridge and it didn’t work, door didn’t have a good lock on it and made me feel unsafe since it is an outdoor entrance. There were people standing outside the door and made me feel unsafe. Saw all of this and went to the desk to say I’m not staying there because of the conditions.”

“Love, love, love this place. It’s small, but it’s perfect for me. The soaker tub is my FAVORITE! I love visiting Tyler and I’ve stayed here each time! It’s close to Rick’s on the Square which has awesome live music. It’s close to the Art Alley which I love. Good Luck Nutrition is close and they have an Axolotl! The room is spacious and very well designed! Not crazy about the stairs, but it’s worth it to get to the tub. They even have the cutest mural on the building. It’s gated. I normally pick...

“The hotel is under renovations, but the staff made sure we had what we needed.”

“I have already reached out to the hotels upper management about my stay. I was attacked by a huge cockroach. I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. “Our stay was wonderful. The room was cozy and quiet. Loved the little screened in porch with a large swinging bed. The bar area was great with excellent food and service. We plan on going back again for our wedding anniversary.”

“The place was under construction, there was no breakfast buffet as advertised. The breakfast had no hot choices other than waffles. The air conditioner in the room leaked water all over the floor. I would not recommend this place.”

“The property was not maintained there was broken windows, broken doors on several units. There was trash piled falling out of the trash can there were shopping carts on the walkways of the 2nd floor there were multiple people walking around that looked like they were on drugs and there was many broken down vehicles in the parking lot.”
