“Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. ”

“Great stay! Front desk helped us when our room weren’t ready at check in. Very efficient air conditioners and breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty! So convenient to anything at UT Tyler and especially concerts at the Cowan Center!”

En nuestra habitación el inodoro no drenaba bien el agua y la puerta principal no funcionaba la llave, tuvimos que cambiar la tarjeta como 5 veces y no funcionaba hasta que alguien vino y abrió la puerta con un aparato. ”

“I was very disappointed at the property in the upkeep of my room there are a lot of things unrepared looks like the door was had been damaged or kicked in at one time the phone didn't work in the room the alarm clock radio was broken and the water in the bathtub did not drain but slowly.”
