“Super helpful staff, good location”

“The pool was warm and open till midnight. My kids were thrilled since we arrived later on. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay”

“I book a queen bed. The bed must have been a double and condition of batters was poor. Very hard to sleep. Very little food on the breakfast buffet.”

“The lobby, check in area was dark and no one was at the desk. We paid for a deluxe room with 1 queen bed when I booked our stay, got a room with 2 small beds. The room was updated and clean but not what I paid for. I would appreciate a credit of $13.98. Which is the difference in the two totals. Lucy Daluge”

“The staff at the front desk was not helpful. The kids above us were screaming and jumping off the bed all day and into the evening. We asked if we could be moved . She said she would call us back she never did. And in the morning the new desk clearly told us he couldn’t do anything to call the manager. Also the sink did not drain”

“I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...

“Close to St. Joseph, Minnesota and the colleges there. Clean hotel, building materials in the lobby for some small upgrades. Basic breakfast as most of hotels provide. It worked for us at a reasonable price.”
