“This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It...

“Staff was very friendly. The room was so spacious, comfy, and clean. I highly recommend the king suit with the fireplace. The only thing I wish is that there were 2 elevators. I don't mind the stairs at all but when your bringing in the luggage or exciting with luggage you need the elevator. We were on the far side and it was so cold out, it would have been nice to be closer to the elevator. ”

“We lucked out and found a very low rate for this hotel. Superior lodging compared to other hotels we've stayed out in Pigeon Forge. It was winter and so we didn't bring our swimsuits. Unfortunate because the pool is open 24/7 even in winter. The cleaning staff was awesome and i really liked the towel animals. Would stay again in a second. We met several folks who had stayed there for dollywood trips for years. The breakfast buffet across the four lane was good. Worth the few dollars to upgrade.”
