“This was a perfect place to stay. It is located close to restaurants and shopping. There is easy access to the road it is on if you want to go either way. The room was comfortable and can be very dark if that's how you like to sleep. It was quiet and clean and the bed was just right. I didn't eat breakfast because I was there to sleep late. Parking was easy and I felt safe. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely go back there.”

“The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready. ”

“I liked breakfast , the pool, convenient walk to the island I did not like only one elevator the other elevator was broke for days. Also bus of kids that were loud at breakfast”

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area.
