“The location is fantastic! The location is the only reason we stayed. It takes 6 minutes to drive to the stockyards. Feels like a safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the coffee and water bar. Did not like how small our room was. We asked to be upgraded to a suite but told none available. Our first room was beyond dirty including the boxspring that was visible. Gross. They moved us 2 doors down and it wasn’t much better. The bathroom was super dirty around the shower area and in the shower. ...

“They had a black towel labeled “make-up” and I love that! I hate to use the white ones for makeup. The front desk was nice and helpful.”

“Staff was amazing. It is clear the staff is keeping this older property in repair. There are signs of work being performed, which i take as a good sign. I caught the end of breakfast, so it is unfair to the staff to evaluate a buffet as they close it. The air condition was great.”
