Hotel a Bristol Hills

“Brittany was the receptionist at the time of our arrival. She originally assigned us to a second story room. We were traveling with our dog. Brittany graciously looked at her room assignments and placed us on the first floor near an exit. I so appreciated her extra effort.”

“We had great weather so we were able to enjoy the outside of the property. Staff was great. Hotel is close to great places to eat. Main Street is really nice. Highly recommend visiting Sonnenburg Mansion and Granger Homestead.Boat ride on the Lady Canandaigua was interesting. Excellent Captain. ”

“When I step into the lobby I was greeted warmly and welcomed by the staff .I went to my room which was very clean and the set up was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay I have no complaints its a 10/10 for me I will stay again .”

“The hotel was clean and affordable. The room was comfortable, neat and had everything I needed for my stay. Had no issues whatsoever. Close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. If you stay there, you have to go about a mile up the road to Hill Top restaurant and try the everything omelette and the roast beef dinner. Amazing! ”
