“I purchased the insurance to where I can cancel or if something goes wrong show up from Vermont and no clerk no nothing couldn’t call anyone They refused to return $200. So therefore not honest and if they behave that way All Set”

“Clean , wish they had a free breakfast”

“The staff was polite from the beginning, after travelling 22 hours and arrive too early to check in they accommodate us with our rooms in one and half hours. Breakfast was good and it was so quiet and peaceful.”

“Parking was easy. We got a 2nd floor room. No elevator. Fridge worked but water dripped from it. No ice machine. Room cleanliness average but a stain ( looked likeblood) was on a white window curtian. Bed was comfy. It was a cheap price and an available room. We got what we paid for.”

“Other than the 40 high school kids that were there who ate everything in site at breakfast once they were told to keep the noise down at night it was as always a good stay I’ve been there 14 times through the years”

“The carpet is a one giant door mat. No separation of what your shoes can track inside. Other than that, it was the essential. A bed, a shower, tv, chair, and dresser.”

“Heide’s Inn is a great place to stay rooms are clean well appointed with refrigerator microwave large flat screen TV grounds are well maintained nice pool and continental breakfast included! Staff very attentive And friendly”

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

“The worst place I ever stayed, everything was very old including the room itself. I’m definitely never going back. They put beautiful pictures on Expedia but inside is nothing like the pictures.”

“Nonostante il preavviso di una settimana non sono riuscita ad entrare in contatto con i gestori per cancellare la prenotazione ed avere un rimborso ( unico modo era un contatto telefonico ma dall'italia complicato) Sarebbe andato bene anche un rimborso parziale, nulla. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”
