“I did ring Tina regarding a couple of things and she was pleased to get feed back. For example no blue bags to put dirty linen in . The cottage was decorated inside and out for Halloween and as older adults did not want to look at them inside the cottage didn't mind outside. I have recommended the cottage to family in same village for visiting family and friends.”

Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach. “As a couple, this place was the ideal size in an area we love to visit. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It has a nice view over the large garden, in which deer can sometimes be seen!The amenities of Lyme Regis are a short drive / half hour walk down the hill.”

No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”
