“The room was clean, and the pool area was great. The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns.”

“I couldn’t check in. No one at front desk till I returned hours later”

“ONE: Checked in on Friday at 3pm. Other parents from the team with confirmations tried to check in at 8pm and were turned away because they had 'dirty or occupied' rooms. No assistance whatsoever to try to accommodate them in other sister properties. TWO: No staff. Needed a plunger on Friday night, he brought one up and said we had to handle it ourselves as he was working all by himself. THREE: Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday had no coffee.
