The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron.”
