“Everything needs to be up dated some things were rusty and the pool was dirty on the bottom and green water the sauces at the breakfast was not good the eggs looked over cooked the coffee tasted nasty”

“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

“Bed hard & uncomfortable. Made for poor sleep. Check-in staff slow. Entire facility shabby in appearance. Worst breakfast with fewest options I have encountered. Room itself was clean. ”

“The hotel on the outside needs some maintenance & curb appeal. Inside 1/2 the building is heated with a boiler and we could not regulate or turn down the heat &we sweat the whole night. Furthermore, the pool and the hot tub were closed because they couldn't get rhe chemicals regulated for over a month for some reason. It's really frustrating to pay a lot of money for a outdated rundown hotel with a lack of promised amenities. I wouldn't really consider it a hotel when it feels and operates more...

“My room had an odd smell and had hair in the shower and floor. I am assuming that my room was next to the kitchen as I woke up startled at 5am due to loud noises coming from that area. ”

“We only spent one night. The bed was comfortable. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and toothpaste. Glad that there was complimentary.”
