“For a lone traveler or a couple wanting a beach getaway, this is definitely the best value on Clearwater Beach. Just steps away from the beach, and a very short, easy walk to great restaurants/bars. Hands down the most communicative & accommodating host of any rental I've ever stayed in, and for anyone that has an "absent host" horror story, you know how important that is. “We had an amazing week staying at Joe’s property at Clearwater Beach. Joe responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything you need for the beach is there. It is a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart if you want it. The kitchen had a drip coffee maker, a Keurig and an electric tea kettle. “We stayed for three days, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working for approximately two of them. The indoor temperature reached about 84°F. The host was responsive initially, but a technician was not able to come out until approximately 5:00 PM on our final night. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the delay significantly affected our stay. We had to adjust our plans around the repair, and because the home was occupied entirely by women, having a maintenance...

“This place is super cute! Very clean and well maintained on the inside. The outside of the building could use some maintenance but overall not bad. Location is super close to walk to restaurants, market and the beach.”

“Antoni is wonderful. Our room was great with a view of the pool. I love the cabanas by the pool and the dock in back where I relaxed every morning to read and drink my coffee. The beach is a short walk probably about 3 blocks to the sand. Liquor store pizza market and surf shop all a block away. Definitely walkable. Even after checkout you can use the pool and parking. Will stay again”
