“Clean and comfortable”

“I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.”

“Friendly staff, nice bar area with pub food. Free shuttle to casino, though rides stop at 9:45pm. Good value, reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again. Bathroom was functional, but a bit outdated. Clean and comfortable room, nice grounds.”

“We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used.”

This place is worst than a dive, no proper check in procedures, note on the door says to call ABC person who then would contact XYZ (allowed me to check in an hour early). “Staff was rude. You felt like you were inconveniencing them when you walked through the door. As soon as you walk to the main entrance, it smells like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty. We walked into our room. It smelt like a litter box. We checked out immediately and the front desk thought my reasons were ridiculous. “ that’s the one room that’s never had a cat in it.”👎👎”
