“Very misleading when you are booking a Tower King suite with a balcony oceanfront view on line. You would assume... the room would be on a higher floor. Not the case they only have 2 of these rooms .. 1 on the second where the view has a tree covering half of your view smh.. the other is on the 9th floor. We checked in and went to our room and immediately left the room and went back to registration desk.. Both ladies were absolutely respectful , and said that you had to call the hotel and...

“I am extremely disappointed with the hotel stay that Expedia sold to us for what was supposed to be a special Birthday and Father’s Day weekend at Homewood Suites by Hilton.
