“Great location and very clean property ”

“Eccellente rapporto qualità - prezzo. L‘albergo é nuovissimo, la nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita, con tutti mobili, angolo cucina, bagno nuovo… un bel terrazzo e sopratutto un letto grande e comodissimo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e nonostante abbiamo passato solo 2 notti alla fine della nostra vacanza, é una struttura che consiglio a tutti anche per un soggiorno più lungo, in quanto é a pochi cento metri da Dover Beach, Lawrence Gap e per cui spiagge, bar, ristoranti, taxi e supermercati...

Due note negative: mai incontrata la proprietaria (o chi gestisce la struttura) e la mancanza di finestre. Per il resto, solo cose positive, come l'odore di pulito, il confort dei letti, la buona connessione wi-fi, la posizione centrale e la comunicazione WhatsApp con la proprietaria. “We loved our stay. It was the perfect location. Tostado(perfect breakfast and coffee spot)right around the corner. By Thursday, an awesome food truck appeared in the parking lot and we got to experience amazing food. These were the authentic views from Apt. 5. We had the whole rooftop to ourselves and from the kitchen could view the massive cruise ships coming in. AC worked like a charm. Quiet at night. Safe. Staff very friendly. We will definitely be back!”

“I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba).
