“This is an off-grid property and there were not any instructions on how to start the generator, lights, or A/C. The bugs are terrible - the floor board have spaces between them and there are large spaces between the roof and the walls, so the bugs inside are as bad as outside. You will be bitten by hundreds of bugs if you stay here.
