“I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking. The worst part was that since it was around 11pm there was no staff until the next day to get is another room. My wife did not want to sleep in that room so we had to go hunt for another hotel at midnight. Since this is a small town practically all hotels had no staff working at that time so we could not get a room anywhere and had to return to this hotel and make do. The next...

“They try and charge you more when they realize you use Expedia to book (I use Expedia to find them! And places and to save$$) they also charge guests for the yoga classes when they make it seem as though the guests are able to do the classes, yeah for $35 a class! Double what I pay in Boston MA! Also there is no spa! There is no amenities they do not set you up on the beach lots of lies in their advertising:( loved Jamaica though would go again, but not stay there…”
