Ranch moderno a un piano, recentemente ristrutturato, con pavimenti in noce e luce naturale. A tre isolati da Tamarack Beach, prendi la passerella o il sentiero ferroviario illuminato per una breve passeggiata / bicicletta per le numerose offerte del Villaggio Carlsbad. Grande cucina aperta con bar per la colazione a quattro posti e ampio spazio sul bancone. Massiccio tavolo da fattoria da 10 posti per cene di vacanza o colazione in famiglia. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, bagno annesso e ampio armadio con ripostiglio per nascondere le valigie e sentirsi a casa. Due ulteriori camere da letto offrono letti king e queen con un bagno in comune corridoio. Lo spazio abitativo principale è dotato di streaming TV 4K e soundbar wireless. La tana separata è dotata di camino, confortevole sezionale e televisione streaming 55 ". Cortile recintato con patio coperto, grill e doccia esterna riscaldata per prendersi cura della sabbia della spiaggia. Capannone detiene carro da spiaggia, giochi da spiaggia, boogie board, sedie e ombrellone. I giochi all'aperto includono set di bocce, ladderball e cornhole. Facile accesso all'autostrada senza pedaggio, 1 ora a Disney, minuti a LEGOLAND. Vialetto circolare con parcheggio per 4. Internet ad alta velocità e WiFi. Lavatrice e asciugatrice di grande capacità.

Stay over the 4th of July

The property was just as advertised. Great house in a nice neighborhood with close access to the beach and downtown Carlsbad as well as good restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to/from Interstate 5. Bedrooms were good size and owner had all the extras one might need on vacation. Truly has everything you need to have a good vacation with family or friends.

Spacious and comfortable house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was a huge dining room table , a upgraded kitchen and comfy bedrooms. The backyard was perfect, shaded, lots of seating and plenty of beach supplies. It's a short straight walk to the beach and a lovely trail walk to the village for dining out.

Fantastic Rental

We’ve stayed at this gem of a rental many times and are always excited to return. House is stocked with all your needs for cooking and beach. We love the spacious backyard and being only a few blocks from the beach. Patrick is an amazing host with quick responses to all our questions. Love staying here

This was our third stay in this rental and the location is perfect for our family. The floor plan works great for us, as the baby can sleep in the pack n play in the family room. We had a little snafu with the entry lock keypad at first but Patrick was super responsive & quick to come help us out. Thank you, Patrick!

We had a wonderfully stay in Carlsbad at this beautiful home! I was worried about the train and traffic noise but it didn’t bother us at all. We loved walking to the beach and into Carlsbad Village every day. Perfect location, beautiful and clean home, great host.

Perfect Carlsbad stay

This is our 4th time renting this home and as always it was a fantastic stay. The open floor plan and the beautiful outdoor space make it perfect for our family. We truly enjoy lounging in the backyard and taking leisurely strolls down to Carlsbad village. The easy walk to the beach is also a big plus! It’s wonderful to have access to beach essentials, like sand toys, towels, chairs, and the wagon. It makes our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. The home is always clean and communicate with the host is excellent. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place for a Family!

Great location, lots of room. The avocado tree in front needs to be trimmed for vehicle parking. A heads up on the train would help those with younger children. Overall we had a great time.

Wonderful home in a great location

The house was perfect for a family get together. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of places for small groups to gather and visit. It is an easy, short walk to a beautiful beach and close to Carlsbad Village for shopping and restaurants. Our hosts were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect house near beach

The property was just as listed and the kitchen felt like cooking at home. We were fortunate enough to pick a few ripe tomatoes (host permitted) and they were amazing. All the beach supplies and wagon were handy for the quick walk down to the ocean. We hope to return soon.

Perfect for Families

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first stay a year ago. The house is walking distance to Carlsbad Village and the beach, and the backyard was great for our two kids to play in. The kitchen is well-stocked and the large dining table is perfect for families. Would love to stay a third time!

Tamarack Family Vacation Home

This is our second year staying at Patrick’s great vacation rental. It was the only rental we considered after our delightful stay last summer. The location is great: walking distance to the beach, Vons and Starbucks, and the Village. It is roomy, very clean, and wonderfully out-fitted. We had three generations of family plus day visitors who joined us at the beach and then for dinner. Plenty of room, especially with the new patio table and chairs. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable and our two teenage granddaughters enjoyed sharing the roomy den. The outdoor shower was put to good use, as was the generous hanging area for beach towels. Patrick was responsive and helpful when we had questions about watching the Olympics on the nights we were there. We hope to return next summer!

Awesome home 3 blocks from Carlsbad State Beach

Lovely home 3 blocks from the beach. Generous sized 3 bedrooms, open kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking at home, tons of beach gear (wagon toys boogie boards, towels). Great AC for hot summer. Some street noise from Tamarack which is a busy street and nearby train crossing but didn’t bother us. Peking in front of house no garage. Grocery store smart and final is very close, 20 min walk to Carlsbad village. Perfect for a family vacation.

Second time staying here

We stayed here 5 years ago on an anniversary trip. Fell in love with the house and location. Brought our kids back with us this year and it was just as perfect as we remembered. Very much enjoyed our stay. Patrick is wonderful to work with. The house is stocked better than any rental we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back!

We have been traveling to Carlsbad area for several years and this was one of the best properties we have stayed at. Comfortable close to everything, including the beach house is equipped with all of the necessities and more.
