We did thoroughly inspect the room and no evidence was found nor provided towards claims. Additionally we did provide a later check out time with out any additional fees. I do apology our web site does state the we offer a grab and go breakfast. Like every hotel we do take a deposit for the room but it does reverse back if there is not damages to the room. Deposit does take a few business days for return depending on your bank.
