“The Darling is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. We had a wonderful experience here that began with the lovely lady at check in who was so nice, polite. friendly and extremely helpful. We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights. As we opened the door to our room, to our surprise, we realised that we had been upgraded to one of the amazing Penthouse suites!! Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was. This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...
