Hotel vicino a Museo del Castello - Medellin

“Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin. Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them...

“Casa Medallo was an excellent option for us while visiting Medellin. Beautiful room, charming decor, lovely garden by the kitchen. Very peaceful place. The location is great with easy access to the metro, and within walking distance to nice shopping malls. I'd absolutely recommend this place.”

“Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. ”

“Amazing place to stay. I couldn't have been happier. My wife is from Medellin and I travel there often. I always stay at a different spot while I'm there, but for now on, I will only stay here. The staff there is also fantastic. I delt with Dylan most often. His guest service was a 10 out of 10, but everyone there was excellent. Cant wait to stay there again soon!”

“Amazing staff! So friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious- it varied from typical to American breakfast. The best part is that the hotel is in such a centrally located area stepa from Provenza and the boujee high end restaurants behind the hotel as well. ”
