“Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin. Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them...

“I booked nearly 10 nights here but could only endure 2 before escaping to a proper hotel. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had: • Filthy & Neglected: The room was not cleaned properly, with visible dirt and holes in the walls that allowed all kinds of bugs to come inside. • Noise & Zero Rest: Guests constantly passed by my door making loud noises late into the night. “Our room and the public areas of hotel were immaculate. Kitchen was supplied with everything you might need: dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, small appliances, and even a pair of scissors. The free breakfast was huge and well stocked throughout the breakfast hours. We couldn't have been happier with this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation. ”
