“Very nice, "new feel", clean building. Competent staff, very pleasant front desk crew. Breakfast was nice, with excellent eggs & sausage, many high carb options ( waffles, bagels, toast, etc.) but only apples for fresh fruit, no bananas or other fruit. Maintenance is OK, but some repairs done with amateur finishing appearance.”

“Very family friendly and busy resort. The staff go above and beyond to be accommodating. A reasonable priced option for exploring the Berkshires. The concierge was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the area and its history. Note - some units are on the second floor and no elevators. They did offer to have staff help with baggage, etc.”

“The room was clean and nicely decorated. There is no staff on the property, but were reachable via text. There were snacks in the kitchen and a fridge to store a few things in. The parking is limited & inconvenient, having to move our car from one side of the street to another to adhere to odd/even days. We enjoyed the outdoor space.”
