Hotel a Castleton-on-Hudson

“We loved the family feel to the hotel. Staff were super helpful and thoughtful. My son and I loved the pool! Parking and the proximity to a gas station were an added plus. The breakfast options could use some updates but coffee was great! Adjusting the room temperature took some time to figure out. But this was minimal in comparison to our overall positive experience. Would stay there again.”

“Struttura non recentissima ma comunque ben tenuta. Molto periferica raggiungibile solo con l'auto. Nei dintorni presente comunque un ristorante per la cena con personale simpatico. Inclusa nel prezzo una colazione a buffet. Presente una lavanderia per gli ospiti che è stata molto utile. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Consigliato.”

“The walls were paper thin and we heard the loud people next door until midnight and then again starting at 6:15am. When we called to complain at the front desk, we were told it was a single person in that room. However, he must have had others visit his room. The walls are paper thin. The remote did not work. TV options were terrible. Started the day at the work out room and then was told by my husband not to sweat too much because there was no water. There was no water the rest of the morning...

“Although the overall hotel is a bit dated,The beds are newer,very comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was parking, but it gets full fast. ”

“Staff communicated promptly prior to arrival and allowed early access. Room very clean and lots of drawer and closet space. Nespresso machine in room with free snacks in kitchen area. All was fine, just as pictured and promised.”

“The room was clean and the staff was professional. The daily breakfast was pretty good for the price and parking was FREE, that was a plus! Overall I give this stay a 4/5. I definitely recommend booking and if ever in tbe area again I will stay here again.”
