“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

“Bed was comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms modern. Very clean hotel and room and restaurant. Parking is $15 but is convenient. The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold options. Hot eggs and fresh fruit. Worth getting a room with breakfast included. Or just pay which ever works best. We would go back and we recommend. Staff is respectful and professional. ”

“They are renovating the 12 floor right on top of our room the drilling noise wake us up before 8 am. Also the mini fridge was not cold enough for the insulin, 2 ice machines were out of service I had to order to 7 eleven uber eats a bag of ice to make sure the medication didn’t go to waste”
